Nobody should feel bad if they get stuck on this one, it's the hardest yet.

It probably looks harder than it really is. All the clues are here to be found.

When a puzzle is in a Myst game it's easier to realise "the answer must be here somewhere." because it's self contained. The difficulty with making a puzzle online is that it's not very well contained. People think "The answer could be anywhere on the internet." and with an ARG, often they would be correct. I've tried to make these puzzles as contained as possible. All the clues are right here in my first post, but it's still an online puzzle and does utilise the internet.

Anyone who tries should be able to solve it, especially with a couple of small nudges in the right direction. :-)

Something to note - One of the D'ni characters has a nearly identical twin. The differences are subtle, so be *sure* that you have the right character.

What you end up with IS important! It will guide your next step, and make it far less daunting.

I ended up not understanding the first part of the puzzle, and brute-forced my way through the second with javascript. (I find I am writing code to solve these things in interesting ways, which makes me even happier)

Lol, I did something similar after I was done to see if there was anything I missed. Would be a great place to hide an easter egg.

When I'm stuck in a spot like yours, Buzzle, I like to step back and look at things differently.

Ok, I've been upside down, inside out, spinning my wheels, and snapping my fingers. Have tried to consider 'in due order' and looking at things another way. Have tried everything I can think of. I've tried sen, 1-7, one-seven, Terokh Jeruth, various Uru locations, 'pass', and a few expletives.

Any chance of another gentle nudge concerning the password?

Where are you now?

Maybe just a thought, but perhaps these "nudges" could stay in email format? :)

I get the feeling no-one else is even attempting this puzzle, and if they are I don't see any reason for them not to get the same nudges. Besides my last post was just a reiteration of the first post. :-)

I've made some progress thanks to the gentle nudges. I haven't made enough progress though that it would be worth holding off posting the next puzzle just for me - and, also, I may be off-line until later this weekend (mom's in the hospital). Thanks to all for the help - and a special thank you to Numinous for the great puzzles! I should be back on for the next one (and I still have tonight to work on this one!)
