The Sudoku image has been updated to make it more obvious. It's solution is still the same.

Just to help navigate what might be a confusing site for some. To download the files from the posted links:

Click on "Free Download"
Type the password in the box
Click "Download File"
Then click "Start Download"
Save the file to your hard drive

For some reason FileRio also gives me a working download link if I enter the wrong password… I don’t think that’s how it’s supposed to work, so I will try to figure out the right passwords (the two that I’m still missing) before I go on. :)

No that is not how it's supposed to work at all. Grrr how annoying. It won't even let ME in without the correct passwords and I'm the puzzle creator, lol. Suffice to say, this being the penultimate puzzle, I need to see that you at least got the correct passwords even if you didn't need to use them.

Tahgira/Taghira/Tahjira, potayto/potahto, you could just call the whole thing off, or simply use the first spelling.
