As per RAWA:
Welcome to the Cyan forums!
The intent of this forum is to provide a place where the community can stay in touch and socialize, while also being able to ask questions and ask for or provide information. There is a strong social aspect that keeps the forum alive. As with any group of people, discussions can wander all over the place which in turn can sometimes lead to confusion and chaos. In an effort to minimize this, and to help to make everyone's visit here more enjoyable, Cyan asks everyone to read and follow the 'Updated Forum Policies' below:
I. PIRACY - Discussions or links to discussions of anything pertaining to pirated materials, including the materials themselves, are not allowed.
HACKING MO:UL - As the plugins and code are released for MO:UL, discussions about the plugins and code are allowed for the purposes of learning and improving MO:UL, its variants (e.g., MORE, MO:ULagain, MO:UL Open Source), its plugins and its program code. The fine line here is if the discussion compromises Cyan's other products (e.g., Uru: Complete Chronicles, Hex Isle, MQO), which is not allowed (see below).
HACKING any other Cyan product - Discussions of or links to or the presenting of reverse engineering or exploits of any Cyan game (MO:UL and its variants expressly excepted) are not allowed. This includes tools used for the modifying of or distributing of copyrighted materials such as game executables, game data and game code.
CRACKING - Discussions of or links to or the presenting of exploits, especially malicious in nature, are not allowed for any Cyan game, including MO:UL in any of its forms.
COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS – Posting of copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder is not allowed. Links to copyrighted material should only be to the copyright holder of that material or a sanctioned holder.
II. SPAM - Cross posting, stacking posts, excessive nesting or advertising for any commercial venture (other than Cyan products) is not allowed.
III. TROLLING, FLAMING, ABUSE, HARASSMENT - Cyan will maintain a zero tolerance policy for any of these actions. You may not harass another person in any language. Making a threat against another person in the forums is also expressly prohibited. You may not use any sexually explicit, suggestive, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, belittling, bullying, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive language. This includes, but is not limited to, any speech, actions, signatures and links dealing with cultural, political, or religious beliefs. This also applies to any speech, actions, signatures and links dealing with sexual orientation. This applies to any language.
IV. PROFANITY - This is a family friendly forum. Profanity is not allowed, nor is intentionally misspelling profane words, masking them in abbreviations, masking them with BBCode, or masking them with stars and other nonsense characters (e.g. $*&%@#!).
V. SPOOFING, MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS - Multiple accounts per user are not allowed. If you would like a second account for In-Character purposes, please create one over in the In-Character forums.
VI. LINKS - Linking to specific webpages that break these forum policies for the purposes of getting around the forum policies is not allowed.
VII. MODERATION DISPUTES - In the event of a problem or a question arising concerning a moderation action, any and all inquiries must take place by PM or email. Posting of moderation issues and disputes on the forum, or reposting a deleted topic is not allowed.
In addition, members are asked to refrain from the following:
-Going off subject - Create a new topic when a new idea hits you.
-Posting in wrong area - Before opening a new thread, please check if a recent thread on the same topic already exists. Duplicate and similar topics will be merged, locked and/or deleted in an effort to relieve forum clutter.
-Posting personal information - Don't post personal information (address, phone number, etc.) in the forums, even if the information is available elsewhere on the internet.
-Using the forum as a chat.
-Intentionally pushing people's buttons - yes, that means you.

Signatures and avatars must adhere to the following guidelines:
• All forum policies apply to signature, banner and avatar content.
• You are allowed one image in your signature which is not to exceed a width of 500 pixels and a height of 100 (500x100).
• 500x100 does not mean 500x115. The absolute outer max height is 100, and the absolute outer width is 500 (We check...).
• Signature images aren't regulated by the area of size they take up. Because your image is shorter in one direction doesn't mean you can "make up" for lost space in another direction.
• You are allowed one line of text at the regular size (this size) aside from an image within your signature. This does not mean another image.
• If you choose not to use an image, you may fill up the equivalent space with 4 lines of text, however very large text is discouraged and you may be asked to change it.
• Code Tags should not be used in your signature area, as well as excessively flashing or moving images.
Membership in and posting to Cyan's forums constitutes acceptance of these forum policies. They will be enforced to the best of our ability. Failure to adhere to any of these policies (even the ones you don't agree with) may result in a warning, a suspension of, or a permanent banning of your account.
