Meaning of the name "Maray"

So "Kaptar" is explained in the exploration guide to be an eastern european word for "Hive". No explanation is given for the other worlds, though.

They say Maray was named by a french girl, but it isn't a valid french word. I wonder if it could be a reference to Moray, an ancient Inca site: ... tural.html

The jungle in Maray is shaped in terraces, much like the Inca agricultural terraces. And there is one piece of concept art for Kaptar that includes the caption "Think Aztec/Maya/Inca ruins", so we do know that they were looking at ancient mesoamerica/south america for references.

While Maray may not be a french word, it's certainly a place in France. No idea if it's related or not.
