I was not *at* Mysterium, but I watched the Twitch streams of the Starry Expanse and Rand Miller chats and wrote down some notes.

I am supremely grateful for the video streams. Watching that demo from Starry Expanse was amazing! Sure, it was untextured, but the motion and choice of viewpoints make me oooooh and ahhhhh and smile. And when they took the tram from one island to another without a pop-up dialog prompt to swap discs? Priceless!

Actually, I think they dabbled in the Blender Game Engine for a while, so they're on their 4th engine
