I'm not entirely sure what you mean: are you trying to learn how to pronounce the language or how to compose new sentences?

Some resources that might be useful:
Kh'reestrefah's Dni Dictionary: http://eldalamberon.com/dni_dict.htm
Korovev's D'ni lessons: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/g87drhy9drhtz/DniCourse
My own D'ni grammar (on the technical side): http://talashar.livejournal.com/15411.html

...I'm not sure what happened to the recent posts in this thread. I'll repost what I added yesterday.

http://linguists.bahro.com/domahreh/lessons/lesson02.html provides English equivalents for each of the D'ni sounds. I have a few additional notes:

r is a flap as in Spanish (IPA [ɾ]).

The pronunciation listed on the above page for the apostrophe is only used when the apostrophe follows a consonant (as in D'nee). When the apostrophe follows a vowel (as in Tee'ahnah), it is pronounced as a glottal stop (a catch in the throat, IPA [ʔ]).

There don't seem to be any general rules to determine which syllable is stressed in a word. We only know where the stress falls in a handful of words.
