Haven't played for a while but want to soon.
Have a question : I wanted to ask a question in the Uru Live forum about Fan Art in the Creativity section -- but cannot post there.
How do you access that forum ?
I scroll to the bottom and it says all of the "you cannot...post..." etc. Tia

If I remember right, as a anti-spam measure all members have to be added to a specific group before they can post. I would send a PM to one of the mods there to get that fixed. Even if that's not the issue, sending that PM is probably your best bet anyway.

Cannot post at all in the Myst URU Live online forums... wanted to ask a question in the Creativity section.
So maybe I can ask it here.

I noticed someonein the Creativity section of URU Live Online posting a jpeg. of a painting they completed.

Is it ok to post Myst fan art ? Also, is it ok to sell it with credit given to the game's creator ??

I've seen people post their own fan art for years, and as far as I know, there's never been a problem. Heck, Starry Expanse is completely recreating Riven, and they're fine.
Fan art in general is almost always ok.

As for selling it though, you should contact cyan's legal team. That's a violation of their copyright unless you get permission from them
